🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders require 6 to 72 hours of processing before shipment

  • Processing time does not include delivery time

🚚 Shipping Time

  • Shipping time for most products is 5–25 business days, depending on destination and local delivery conditions

  • For example, orders shipped to the Greater Toronto Area typically arrive in 10–12 business days

📦 Lost Packages & Shipping Risk

Due to ongoing carrier issues across North America, rare cases of package loss may occur. While this is outside of our direct control, we truly understand the inconvenience this causes.

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer:

  • A partial refund of 80% of your total order value if the item cannot be recovered or reshipped

We sincerely appreciate your understanding — as a small, family-run business, we do our best to balance fairness with sustainability. We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address and follow tracking updates to help minimize delivery risks.

📬 Other Shipping Notes

  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete physical address

  • Import fees may apply to international orders (U.S. customers). Please check with your local customs office

  • Remote or rural addresses may require additional delivery time or local pickup

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address
