Return & Exchange Policy

We’re sorry if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our updated return policy carefully before requesting a return.


Eligible Returns

We accept returns for full-priced items within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet all the following conditions:

  • Items must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.

To initiate a return, please email Info@c2ckids.ca with your order number, full name, and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees and handling charges from the original order are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items / Final Sale

  • All discounted, clearance, or promotional code items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Due to hygiene considerations, the following are also final sale: socks, undergarments, innerwear, personal care items, and custom or packaged items.


Subscription Boxes

All subscription boxes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

We contact each subscriber via email before every scheduled shipment to confirm the correct size.
If any size adjustment is needed, please reply within 3 business days of receiving the email.
If we do not hear from you, we will proceed with the original size on file.
We cannot offer returns or exchanges due to sizing issues caused by missed confirmations.


Sizing & Style Note

  • Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color preference, or sizing do not qualify as product defects.

  • Size discrepancies within the same style may occur due to design variations.

  • Our size charts and customer service recommendations serve as helpful references, not guarantees.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at Info@c2ckids.ca immediately with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately after your return is approved.


Order Cancellations

Most orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day.
To request a cancellation, please email Info@c2ckids.ca within 6 hours of placing your order and before 12pm PST.
Standard items canceled within this window will not incur a cancellation fee.

If more than 6 hours have passed or your order has shipped, you will need to go through the return process.
If a package is refused upon delivery, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
